Zusammenfassung:Acute rotavirus gastroenteritis is one of the most terrible health problems in the world, the mortality rate is very high especially in underdeveloped countries, there are many factors that affect the development of this disease that affects health of people ; especially children´s health. The main objective of this research work is to determine the risk factors for the development of this disease and propose alternatives to improve the health of this population that is quite vulnerable, either due to the lack of basic services or other factors that affect the development of gastrointestinal diseases, in addition to the little culture that exists to protect the environment that surrounds them and that becomes the main infectious focus. The population consisted of 50 mothers of infants and 10 health professionals, this disease is due in large part to a large number of teenage mothers who exist in this field, either due to ignorance or lack of experience make many mistakes in the upbringing and protection of their children, which in many cases can reach critical stages in their health. Each of the results obtained in the survey and tabulation of the data obtained from the population, were adverse, vaccination, health, hygiene, among others were directly responsible for the transmission and transmission of this disease that could even be fatal.
