CLIMA Y AMBIENTE LABORAL EN LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL ANGELITO DEL CANTÓN VINCES.

The Commercial Company Angelito is located in the Av. Cordova and October 9 in the Canton Vinces, Province of the Rivers, which has as an economic activity the sale wholesale and retail of products of first necessity, sausages, soft drinks, meat , confectioneries, liquors, cigarettes, toys, school supplies, bazaar items, clothing, glassware and everything related to the home. The objective of this case study is to determine the factors that influence the climate and work environment of the Commercial Company Angelito del Cantón Vinces, which do not allow the good performance of the personnel within their job, that is why the organizations they should focus on improving it in order to comply with organizational goals and to be highly competitive in the market, putting as a main factor the human talent they possess. The research subline on which this case study is based is the administrative management model, the research carried out is descriptive because it allows knowing the most important aspects of the variables under study, the method that was used was the deductive because allows to collect current information to be able to reach the problem that affects the company
