Summary:The Technical University of Babahoyo is an institution of higher education which has a Data Center in which it hosts several systems and services in order to optimize the processes that were previously carried out manually, mentioning the Integral Academic System of the Technical University of Babahoyo (SAIUTB), which is responsible for processing student information, librarian, boarding school, language center and degree. Since its inception the computer servers were intended for the exclusive use of large companies, and in turn to a small group of users therefore were not affected with problems of processing requests, but with the advancement of communications networks we can Note that the same server can be accessed from anywhere on the planet. This is how methods and techniques emerge to counteract the deficiency of processing requests and prevent customers from being affected and limited access to the information that these teams usually host. The present investigation arises from the need to improve the processing of requests received by the web server hosting the SAIUTB, in addition to providing the ease of maintenance and updating to new technologies that have arisen to date and in turn to eliminate considerably the famous bottleneck. To analyze this problem it is necessary to mention its causes. One of them is that the current equipment does not supply to process the amount of users that enter in a massive way in certain seasons such as times of registration.
