Ամփոփում:This case study is based on the application of the social label and its impact on the institutional image is directed to the Human Talent Department of the Provincial Government of Los Ríos and its purpose is to determine the application of the social label in the secretaries of the department of Human Talent to identify if they comply with the rules of good manners required by social etiquette. The deductive method is used by what part of the general to the particular and allows us to explore the problem in all its parts obtaining a conclusion and the method used was the survey to obtain the exact results. In the results obtained it was observed that the secretaries of the Human Talent Department of the Provincial Government of Los Ríos do not fully comply with the rules of social etiquette and it is for this reason that there is no good communication and misunderstandings are generated among the officials. We conclude by saying that the application of the social etiquette is essential in any entity and thus are able to create a work environment at ease with the other coworkers
