The deductive method is used by what part of the general to the particular and allows us to explore the problem in all its parts obtaining a conclusion and the method used was the survey to obtain the exact results. In the results obtained it was observed that the secretaries of the Human Talent Department of the Provincial Government of Los Ríos do not fully comply with the rules of social etiquette and it is for this reason that there is no good communication and misunderstandings are generated among the officials. We conclude by saying that the application of the social etiquette is essential in any entity and thus are able to create a work environment at ease with the other coworkers |

We conclude by saying that the application of the social etiquette is essential in any entity and thus are able to create a work environment at ease with the other coworkersEl presente estudio de caso se basa en la aplicación de la etiqueta social y su repercusión en la imagen institucional va direccionada al departamento de Talento Humano del Gobierno Provincial de Los Ríos y su objeto es determinar la aplicación de la etiqueta social en las secretarias del departamento de Talento Humano para identificar si cumplen con las reglas de los buenos modales que exige la etiqueta social. Se utiliza el método deductivo por qué parte de lo general a lo particular y nos permite explorar el problema en todas sus partes obteniendo una conclusión y el método utilizado fue la encuesta para obtener los resultados exactos. En los resultados obtenidos se pudo observar que las secretarias del departamento de Talento Humano del Gobierno Provincial de Los Ríos no cumplen totalmente con las reglas de etiqueta social y es por tal motivo que no existe una buena comunicación y se generan malos entendidos entre los funcionarios.
