Se ha observado la necesidad de un sistema de control, tanto de inventarios, productos y proveedores, ya que el sistema aplicado actualmente está presentando inconvenientes, generando pérdidas de credibilidad e insatisfacción en los clientes. El Control Interno dentro de la empresa está enfocado en el desarrollo de las actividades, la misma que nos permitirá alcanzar los objetivos planteados reduciendo de esta manera las irregularidades o las incidencias que puedan presentarse en el campo comercial. Surge la necesidad de dar una solución a esta problemática presentada sobre la relación entre proveedores y comercial, con la finalidad de que las partes involucradas se encuentren funcionando en armonía y de manera competente.
