| Sumari: | In the present research work, the implementation of marketing strategies for the socio-economic development of the inhabitants of the Ventanas Canton of the Province of Los Ríos is proposed, so that said canton competes in the tourist and commercial sector. The implementation of marketing strategies has as its objective the best management of the marketing area, thus generating an increase in the level of visits and thus positioning the site as a tourist place, and sales. In the analysis of the general problem, it was identified that the site is not as well known, and the tourist establishments have low sales, to improve the management, it is proposed to design various marketing strategies, such as improving the publicity of the site, and improving the performance of the area of tourism and sales. The improvement proposals presented are not independent of each other, on the contrary, a synergy is achieved between them, which translates into higher visits to the site and sales, higher income, better positioning of the canton and, therefore, improve canton revenue. |
