In the analysis of the general problem, it was identified that the site is not as well known, and the tourist establishments have low sales, to improve the management, it is proposed to design various marketing strategies, such as improving the publicity of the site, and improving the performance of the area of tourism and sales. The improvement proposals presented are not independent of each other, on the contrary, a synergy is achieved between them, which translates into higher visits to the site and sales, higher income, better positioning of the canton and, therefore, improve canton revenue. |

La implementación de estrategias de marketing tiene como objetivo la mejor gestión del área de marketing, generando así aumentar el nivel de visitas y así tener posicionamiento del sitio como lugar turístico, y ventas. En el análisis del problema general se identificó que el sitio no es tan conocido, y los establecimientos turísticos tienen ventas bajas, para mejorar la gestión se plantea diseñar diversas estrategias de marketing, como mejorar la publicidad del sitio, y mejorar el desempeño del área de turismo y ventas.
