A proposal was also elaborated that consists of giving talks to the parents on how to avoid being infected by this respiratory infection and the importance of following the pulling with fogging because it was feasible for a quick improvement.El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la influencia de la nebulización en el tratamiento de la bronquiolitis aguda de los niños ingresados en la Unidad de Pediatría del Hospital del Seguro Social del Cantón Babahoyo, por lo cual para desarrollar la investigación se utilizó la metodología empírica basado en la investigación científica y el tipo de investigación que se utilizo es de campo, descriptivo, explorativo y transversal, para determinar la muestra de estudio de esta investigación no se utilizó ninguna fórmula debido que fue aplicado un muestreo intencional donde se usaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
