Actualmente en la ciudad de Babahoyo existe la necesidad en el sector de la limpieza dirigido a hogares, los mismos que requieren de estos servicios, ya que resulta muy costoso contratar personal fijo. Se considera que se posee una demanda de servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento de hogares insatisfechos. El objetivo de este estudio es demostrar la viabilidad económica para implementar una empresa de servicios en la ciudad de Babahoyo. El nombre de la nueva empresa será “Home Service” en la cual un profesional de mantenimiento de hogares realizará un trabajo con los mas altos estándares, lo que significa que la ciudadanía puede estar segura de que su casa estará limpia y luzca lo mejor posible. Es importante indicar que las oportunidades de negocio con mejor posibilidad de éxito son aque3llas enfocadas a cubrir necesidades básicas. La demanda de servicios de higienización, es un mercado que crece constantemente. La limpieza es un elemento esencial.
