सारांश:The present work deals with virtual learning environments currently applied in education. It is palpating the advantages and disadvantages that have been presented to teachers and students before the implementation of the same. It was also found that EVA has been the best ally to continue maintaining the teaching process, allowing education not to take a long pause after the current pandemic. Investigative journalism applied to new technologies was implemented, using the analysis technique, which allowed us to collect qualitative data for the progress and completion of this case study. This research analyzes the use of the virtual learning environment (EVA) in the school system of the city of Babahoyo in times of pandemic, to know the level of knowledge that students have acquired through these digital platforms. The EVAs have had a great impact on the teaching and learning process, both in the training of teachers and in that of students.
