Shrnutí:The company is located in the city of Babahoyo and its legal representative is Mr. Roberto Marcelo Medina Parra. Its economic activity is the wholesale and retail sale of mass consumption products at self-service level and coverage in popular sectors of the Province of Los Ríos, Guayas and Bolívar. The present case study is carried out in order to know how the Company Dismero S.A performs the valuation of the operative workforce in the warehouse area through the payment in overtime, placing this as one of the factors that is directly linked to the Productivity and profitability of the company. For the correct analysis of this case it was necessary to know the regulations that govern the recruitment and remuneration, such as the Labor Code, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and other elements of study that certify talent or human capital as unique vital and essential element for the subsistence of the company; that's where the remarkableness of his importance. In this case study it was appropriate to apply the descriptive method under the sub line of investigation management of accounting information, resorting to the use of the collection technique of data such as observation and interviews with the person in charge of Human Talent, with the order to know the problems in which the winery area affects; analyzing the causes that lead to the overvaluation of labor in the company's warehouse area. This investigation could be complemented with the support of respective documents of the company, adding information collected through laws, books, websites, magazines, among others.
