Identificación de parásitos gastrointestinales en bovinos que se faenan en el Camal Municipal de la Ciudad de Babahoyo

The present investigative work has been focused on identifying the continuous presence of gastrointestinal parasites in bovines, determining as a strategic place in the Municipal Camal of the City of Babahoyo, in which the respective sample has been carried out to locate the problem that this sector is going through therefore the productive, economic and sanitary factor of it is directly promoted. The presence of gastrointestinal parasites in these animals have been able to generate different problems that are within this study, likewise it should be mentioned that there is analyzed information from several studies that have been linked to the subject that is being analyzed as a source. From the topic, information collection tools were used where work was done directly in the Camal, with specialized teams the different gastrointestinal parasites that are causing damage to bovines were determined, therefore the samples of the present animal investigation were established. that were slaughtered daily in the Municipal Camal of Ciudad Babahoyo, for which the samples of gastrointestinal organs were taken from 500 bovines, this was done once the animals were eviscerated, the samples were analyzed in the Laboratory of the School of Veterinary Medicine of Technical University of Babahoyo - Faculty of Agricultural Sciences School of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine with direct smear and sedimentation techniques in order to identify gastrointestinal parasites present in the animal.
