Gaia:The following case study presented problems consistent with the management of customers in the company AMG Internet of the canton Vinces during the period 2023. The problem was related to the need to address the issue of customer retention presented by the aforementioned entity. The justification narrates the importance of carrying out strategies applied in costumer management for customer retention. In order to comply with all that was proposed, different methodologies were applied, among which are the SWOT matrix that allows us to perform an internal and external analysis of the company. The results revealed that AMG Internet has shortcomings in customer retention, which could be solved by applying new strategies.
