Análisis Económico- Administrativo A La Gestión De Las Asociaciones De Producción Piscícola (Tilapia Roja) Del Cantón Babahoyo Apoyadas Por El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado De Los Ríos.

Sectional government entities supporting production activities to promote the development of agriculture in the province. It has been several years and no significant change is observed in the supply of livestock products or welfare of persons, organized into groups received aid. Peasants and farmers associations studied in this thesis lack of technical tools to strengthen more subjective or intangible skills such as entrepreneurship, social capital and marketing. Missing the administrative processes that allow the sustainability of projects undertaken, and which relate to the lack of business training producers. The development of the studied peasant associations is very limited in the organizational aspect. This feature applies to the management of the production process and economic performance and sustainability of the project, because they are not the strategies and procedures designed to ensure that projects continue. The proposal of this research is a tool for improving the administrative capacity of the members of peasant associations studied and in this sense, implements a process of institutional development covering economic management and administrative management to enhance the economic development of partnerships studied.
