Currently, not all SMEs in Ecuador have the financial and technological resources, as do the large companies in the country; For this reason, the idea of designing a system that automates client management for the company Melba Torres tax/accounting advisory business was born. In the company, the information is processed manually or semi-manually with the help of non-optimal tools; That is why the company wants to manage all its processes in an agile and centralized way, since due to the way in which they are being executed, there are inconveniences such as: Use of non-optimal software tools for the administration of the processes of the administration. After recognizing the needs of accounting advice, it was possible to identify the requirements for the design of the web system developed based on the scrum methodology, so it is concluded that the use of the web system would significantly improve the registration, management and control of accounting data. customers in terms of time reduction. Once the requirements are recognized, the necessary information is collected for the application of the scrum methodology, in order to create the design and implementation of the web system developed based on the methodology of this methodology, it is concluded that the use of this methodology greatly optimizes the development of the web system for the management of clients of the Melba Torres accounting consultancy. Before proceeding to apply a certain methodology, a study must be carried out to be sure that users adapt to it and how it is established in the development methodologies.
