| Shrnutí: | In the present case study, reference is made to the topic of radio as a window of exposure of the montubia culture in the province of Los Ríos, whose primary objective is to analyze the incidence of radio as a window of exposure of the montubia culture in the province. , is part of evidencing how the radio has developed its work as the main source of information generation about the Montubio culture and how its activities influence the knowledge of the Ecuadorian population about its customs and other characteristics. For the development of the same, the type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach was considered, based on the contribution of analysis and synthesis methods that help analyze the information in a particular way and then generalize it to be oriented to results based on a documentary compilation of original theoretical information. from reliable and reliable sources, as well as from a field work from the collection of content from the application of techniques such as observation and interviews through tools such as the questionnaire of structured, open, closed and objective questions, the same that reflected results where it is indicated that the radio does not fulfill this function, since there are no educational or cultural programs dedicated entirely to promoting said culture, however, those involved in the investigation have expressed that the intervention would be very helpful of the radio in strengthening the identity culture and the transmission of their knowledge and customs from generation to generation. |
