description (Espíndola, 2018) Indicates that the extinction of bees is associated with deforestation and the use of pesticides, as well as urban growth, ignorance of the biology of these insects, as well as poor "management techniques, have put the bees under threat”, among them the Melipona bee and the Angelita bee (Tetragonisca angustula). While (PennState Extension, 2017) states that bees are in danger of extinction, a peasant culture that only knows the indiscriminate use of agrochemicals that are substances made by man and used to protect their crops from insects and other animals that cause damage to crops, also it impacts the flowering and the nectar that is collected by the bees, which in turn die from coming into contact with the chemical product, likewise a contaminated honey arises "with traces of these chemical products that affect the health of the consumer". The objective of the research is the study of meliponiculture as an alternative exploitation. For this same reason, meliponiculture on a family scale is a product free of industrial components, only the fruit of bees. (CHEERS, 2021)

(CHEERS, 2021)(Espíndola, 2018) Indicates that the extinction of bees is associated with deforestation and the use of pesticides, as well as urban growth, ignorance of the biology of these insects, as well as poor "management techniques, have put the bees under threat”, among them the Melipona bee and the Angelita bee (Tetragonisca angustula). The objective of the research is the study of meliponiculture as an alternative exploitation. For this same reason, meliponiculture on a family scale is a product free of industrial components, only the fruit of bees.
