El caso se desarrolla a partir de la llegada de una paciente remitida por la psicóloga del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil (DECE) de una Unidad Educativa, por presentar tristeza, sin ánimos de hacer algo, además presenta una enfermedad crónica la que es considerada código azul (VIH); para aquello se efectuó la evaluación psicológica pertinente y así mismo el estudio científica y teórica de las variables.
