Relaciones publicas y su impacto social en el centro gerontológico de adultos mayores del cantón de Valencia, año 2022

Since its application by professionals, public relations have been one of the most powerful tools it has, since its ultimate function is to bring people closer to the organization (gerontological center of the canton of Valencia) and thereby communicate the benefits that they provide to society. This technique improves the perception by the public. It has never implemented any campaign to share its services with older adults, so when it came to capturing good administration, it was rejected for not understanding the function of its services towards a population as vulnerable as the elderly. Every initiative needs the compass provided by the measurement of social impact to understand to what extent its development contributes to some type of change or transformation between people, groups and communities, with the objective of developing an internal public relations plan, considering the different elements and tools for the development of the gerontological center. It is considered as a descriptive margin investigation with the survey technique, which allowed obtaining first-hand information on the persecution of the institution, allowing conclusions to be drawn that allow the public an optimal approach, having as a sub-line of investigation: Communication and its relationship with human groups: genders, vulnerable and intercultural groups.
