Laringotraqueitis aguda en paciente de 5 años con antecedentes de parálisis cerebral infantil.

The present clinical case study is about a 5-year-old pediatric patient, with a history of infantile cerebral palsy, with a diagnosis of acute laryngo tracheitis, in which medical and nursing intervention is sought to solve it from the same hospital admission until discharge. The method used is the observation and exhaustive follow-up of the patient, taking into account their history, the semiological assessment, and complementary tests, in addition to the extensive review of the available bibliography to correlate with the patient's symptoms. The results obtained, which could be detected with certainty, were through the initial assessment; will be modified will refer the patient to the specific area to give treatment; the interventions carried out were adequate; the symptoms resolved and the patient was discharged without complications. This clinical case is of great help for our day to day life, since it describes in detail a real clinical case, with its outbreaks and expected results.
