| الملخص: | The classroom is undoubtedly the primary means where the teacher displays personal and didactic resources to do their job, whose spinal axis relationship with the student. And like all human relationships, it has some implicit and explicit features to print a stamp and particular dynamics. The relationship between teacher and student is not established on the basis of mutual sympathy, affinity character or common interests. Rather, it is based on some 'imposition': they are there without consultation or prior consent, which generates especially at the beginning of each semester mutual -expectativas that are confirmed or not in accordance with the performance of the teacher and student as such. It's a two-way relationship -bipolar vuelta- established between people of different age and maturity. The intensity, variety and irrationality of reactions, behaviors, attitudes and motivations of the students, the teacher should respond with patience, fairness, prudence and demand in their actions, in their trials and demonstrations her character. The teaching relationship is an interpersonal relationship but amical. First, the friendly relationship established between two persons in their concrete individuality, that is, to know each other. |
