| Shrnutí: | Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a term that refers to a heterogeneous group of inflammatory diseases of unknown etiology that begin before the age of 16 years, whose common clinical word is arthritis and has the potential to cause long-term morbidity and physical disability, for this reason this clinical case study is performed with the purpose of applying the nursing care process in a 14-year-old patient diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, For this reason the objective of this case is to apply the nursing care process in the patient under study through the analysis of his clinical history with the intention of improving his stability and quality of life, it is important that parents go with their children to medical checkups in order to detect early this pathology which can cause serious complications such as growth disorders, joint damage and ocular inflammation, that is why it is necessary to follow up the disease in the long term which allows to assess the effectiveness of treatment. It is important to develop this type of work in order to know the frequency with which these cases occur and thus be able to impart knowledge and raise awareness in people about the complications of this pathology. |
