The general objective is to develop an optimal therapeutic plan for the recovery of the patient treated at the IESS hospital after a surgical procedure on the supraspinatus tendon. Therefore, it was decided to create an ideal physiotherapy treatment plan based on the latest scientific evidence, with the appropriate times and procedures for recovery from these conditions. By combining several physical therapy options related to this pathology, the results will show an improvement in the function and symptoms of this patient. |

By combining several physical therapy options related to this pathology, the results will show an improvement in the function and symptoms of this patient.El presenta trabajo investigativo se enfoca en el tratamiento fisioterapéutico en un paciente de 49 años de edad que padece dolor tras una intervención quirúrgica realizada en el tendón supraespinoso, este procedimiento se realiza con una incisión grande o con una artroscopia del hombro, la cual utiliza incisiones más pequeñas. el dolor aparece en la cara anterior del hombro sólo cuando realiza movimiento. El objetivo general es elaborar un plan terapéutico óptimo para la recuperación del paciente atendido en el hospital del IESS tras procedimiento quirúrgico del tendón supraespinoso. Por ello, se decidió crear un plan de tratamiento de fisioterapia ideal basado en las últimas evidencias científicas, con los tiempos y procedimientos adecuados para la recuperación de estas afecciones.
