Carrying out this work is feasible, since it will help us to gather relevant information about the incidence of this condition in older adults, and thus generate a point of reference for future studies of this type or more in-depth research on this topic. today it is something that should be given a relevant position in medical studies. After the analysis of the results of the examinations and radiography requested, it is determined based on the blood and radiological results where normal values are shown, so the doctor orders the patient to be discharged from hospital with a prescription of drugs to continue the treatment and visits to the doctor on a monthly basis to carry out a routine control and detract from a possible reappearance of this condition. The adult patient with community-acquired pneumonia managed to regenerate his health status gradually and vertiginously. In the same way, it was determined that there were improvements in the symptomatological picture that worried him, managing to restore his ventilatory quantifications, lung inoculation, vital signs and circulatory gases that were disturbed as a result of the bacterial cause that generated it. |

En el adulto mayor se figura entre las primeras causas de mortalidad con principio infeccioso a nivel general en el mundo, esto se debe a que la tasa de mortalidad de este padecimiento se duplica en medida del avance de la edad presentando morbilidad significativa. La realización de este trabajo es factible, puesto que nos servirá para recabar información relevante acerca de la incidencia de este padecimiento en los adultos mayores, y generar así un punto de referencia para fututos estudios de este tipo o investigaciones más a fondo sobre esta temática que en la actualidad es algo que se le debe dar una posición relevante en los estudios médicos. Posterior al análisis de los resultados de los exámenes y radiografía solicitados, se determina en base a los resultados sanguíneos y radiológicos donde se muestran valores normales por lo que el médico ordena se le dé el alta hospitalaria al paciente con una prescripción de medicamentos para continuar el tratamiento y visitas al médico de manera mensual para efectuar un control rutinario y desvirtuar una posible reaparición de este padecimiento. El paciente adulto con neumonía adquirida en la comunidad logró regenerar su estado de salud de forma gradual y vertiginosa.
