In order to show that women are represented in traditional roles such as caregivers and mothers, while men dominate the areas of leadership and decision-making. Through interviews with communication professionals, public questionnaires and content analysis, persistent patterns of inequality and bias in media narratives were identified. Furthermore, the impact of these representations on women's self-esteem and aspirations is highlighted, especially among the younger generations. The research highlights the urgency of implementing inclusive strategies in digital media to promote equitable representation, contributing to the construction of a more just and diverse society. |
