Clima laboral en la Hacienda Quinta Dianita del cantón Puebloviejo

The case study carried out concerns the work environment at the Hacienda “Quinta Dianita located in the Pueblo Viejo Canton. The purpose is to know about the main problems that arise in this farm, analyze and detail each one of them. Hacienda Quinta Dianita is dedicated to the production and export of bananas, that is why we seek to show how the work environment is within it, taking into account that it is very important to maintain a good atmosphere among the work team. This investigation is framed with the line of investigation of Administrative Management, Tax, Audit, Control, with the respective sub-line of investigation "Public and Private Companies". The case study has three parts; The first part refers to the introduction where the information about the farm and the case study is detailed. In the second part the problems are developed and each one of them is analyzed and in the last part the respective conclusions of the treated topic are established. The survey and interview technique was implemented to collect adequate information, in addition the type of research was descriptive, using the analytical method that helped determine the causes-effects of the research.
