In which work was carried out as a priority due to the vulnerability of the patient, in which the services of psychological tele-assistance were provided, which developed a psychotherapeutic process of 7 sessions which helped to determine a diagnosis and a focused therapeutic plan in cognitive behavioral therapy, since this therapy can be developed in a short period, and obtain short and positive results. This investigation was carried out under the parameters established by the government in which it was adapted to the new methodologies of attention for psychological first aid, in which it was possible to establish rapport and create a link between interviewer and interviewee, by joining the patient needs. |

This investigation was carried out under the parameters established by the government in which it was adapted to the new methodologies of attention for psychological first aid, in which it was possible to establish rapport and create a link between interviewer and interviewee, by joining the patient needs.Este caso se basa en un adulto mayor de 72 años jubilados, el cual ha sido víctima del impacto ocasionado por la pandemia que vive en mundo en el 2020, de manera que este paciente ha empezado a presentar sintomatologías y comportamientos por presencia de una caracterización de la ansiedad, la cual no solo afecta a su estado físico, mental sino que influye de manera negativa en la convivencia familiar y social. En el cual se trabajó de manera prioritaria por la vulnerabilidad del paciente, en la que se brindó los servicios de la tele-asistencia psicológica, la cual se desarrolló un proceso psicoterapéutico de 7 sesiones donde ayudo a determinar un diagnóstico y un plan terapéutico enfocado en la terapia cognitivo conductual, ya que esta terapia se la puede desarrollar en un periodo corto, y obtener resultados breves y positivos.
