Итог:Credit policies are guidelines that an organization presents to its clients for approval, for this reason an investigation was carried out which is linked to the Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control line, in relation to the sub-line of The model of Public and Private Companies and Institutions, regarding the incorporated methodology is the inductive method, due to the fact that the information that was collected was through the type of quantitative and qualitative research. All these actions occurred because it is difficult for employees to find clients in accordance with the policies for the approval of a loan, which have been considered rigorous compared to other commercials, generating inconveniences for clients and workers. For this reason, this in-depth investigation was carried out, to determine the causes and reasons for which internal and external problems have been triggered at said branch, which are supported by an interview and surveys, which gave negative results and it was possible to determine that Tropimotrs Babahoyo's credit policies are not adequate for employees to be able to make sales efficiently, and according to clients, these policies are not appropriate for the reason that they do not have facilities to access credit.
