The case study was conducted to the patient with tuberculosis and malnutrition to know their nutritional status and be able to offer an adequate dietary treatment with the aim of promoting their health status, the patient admitted to the hospital for presenting cough and thermal surge was immediately intervened He also reported having been suffering from respiratory distress, hemoptoic sputum, blackish stools, adding that he started losing weight 8 months ago. Based on the biochemical studies carried out, it was found that it presents mild anemia, accompanied by an anthropometric assessment where it shows that it has thinness or mild malnutrition. |

Based on the biochemical studies carried out, it was found that it presents mild anemia, accompanied by an anthropometric assessment where it shows that it has thinness or mild malnutrition.El presente caso clínico se realiza la intervención, valoración, monitoreo y seguimiento al paciente mediante un análisis antropométrico, bioquímico, clínico y dietético donde daremos a conocer diferentes parámetros en el siguiente estudio de caso que está basado en el estado nutricional de un paciente masculino de 29 años de edad que fue diagnosticado con Tuberculosis y Desnutrición. Se realizó el estudio de caso al paciente con tuberculosis y desnutrición para conocer su estado nutricional y poder ofrecerle un adecuado tratamiento dietético con el objetivo de fomentar su estado de salud, el paciente ingreso al centro hospitalario por presentar tos y alza térmica fue intervenido de inmediato también refirió haber estado presentando dificultad respiratoria, esputo hemoptoico, deposiciones negruzcas añadiéndole que empezó a perder peso desde hace 8 meses.
