Problemas como la hipertensión gestacional y la preeclampsia representan una de las principales causas de complicaciones de salud tanto para la madre como para el bebé, especialmente en mujeres jóvenes. El propósito principal de esta investigación es comprender cómo estos trastornos afectan a las gestantes adolescentes, identificando con qué frecuencia se presentan, qué factores podrían influir en su aparición y cómo ha sido la atención médica que recibieron. Se trata de un estudio de tipo aplicado, con enfoque de campo, descriptivo y transversal. Se emplearán métodos inductivos y deductivos, así como el análisis de datos históricos, apoyándose en encuestas estructuradas y la revisión de registros médicos.
