Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | The present clinical case was performed at the Hospital General Martin Icaza, belongs to a male patient, preschooler of 1 year and months of age, who was admitted to the health unit accompanied by his mother, conscious, oriented in time and space, presenting a febrile seizure at home, with hyperthermia, tachycardia, tachypnea, oxygen saturation of 92%, cough accompanied by dyspnea, lack of appetite, fatigue, irritability, malaise, dehydrated mucosa, cephalocaudal assessment is performed, by Marjory Gordon functional patterns and laboratory tests complete blood count, blood biochemistry, enzymes and electrolytes, having a definite diagnosis and being admitted with acute bronchitis, we proceed to provide nursing care with emphasis on the affected needs according to the theorizing of Virginia Henderson to avoid possible complications, peripheral intravenous cannulation, administration of drugs according to medical guidelines, control and recording of vital signs, thermal curve, perform hydrolytic balance, apply physical means to reduce the febrile episode, oxygen therapy by nasal cannula and other interventions in order to recover the patient's health. |
