This approach involved a detailed and systematic analysis of existing data on nonperforming loans, seeking to identify specific patterns, frequencies, and characteristics. |

Por lo cual la presente investigación realizada en la empresa Bell Novainser del Cantón Babahoyo busca examinar la cartera vencida de la durante el periodo 2021 – 2022, para identificar como afecta en la liquidez de la empresa. Para lo cual fue fundamental la aplicación de la línea de investigación Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control la cual se basa en reconocer que la problemática de la cartera vencida en la empresa, y, además, se utilizó la sublínea de investigación "Auditoría y Control" ya que juega un papel importante para el estudio de la cartera vencida, debido a que permitirá analizar en profundidad las causas y factores que han contribuido al aumento de la cartera vencida en dicho período. Además, es fundamental señalar que en la presente investigación se optó por emplear el enfoque de investigación deductivo, donde, además, se empleó una metodología descriptiva.
