These technologies range from agronomic management to process optimization and increasing yields in a sustainable way. In agronomic management, remote sensing and geographic information systems can be used to monitor crop conditions, identify problem areas, and take precise management actions. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of innovative technologies to increase oil palm production. The methodology was based on updated bibliographic information from scientific articles, specialized websites and renowned virtual libraries. The results obtained on the use of drones, sensors, mobile technology and geographic information system, allowing quick and effective responses. Furthermore, the implementation of smart irrigation systems based on sensors optimizes water consumption, increases water efficiency and reduces environmental impact. Where it is concluded that precision technologies, such as precision agriculture, can also make more efficient use of inputs such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides, reducing costs and environmental risks. These technological advances have allowed more precise management of crops, with soil analysis systems that indicate the exact needs of nutrients, thus avoiding excessive use of fertilizers.

Estas tecnologías van desde la gestión agronómica hasta la optimización de procesos y aumentar los rendimientos de forma sostenible. En el manejo agronómico, los sistemas de información geográfica y de teledetección se pueden utilizar para monitorear las condiciones de los cultivos, identificar áreas problemáticas y tomar acciones de manejo precisas. Esta investigación tiene como propósito describir el uso de las tecnologías innovadoras para el incremento de la producción de palma aceitera. La metodología se basó en información bibliográfica actualizada proveniente de artículos científicos, sitios web especializados y bibliotecas virtuales de renombre. Los resultados obtenidos sobre el uso de drones, sensores, tecnología móvil y sistema de información geográfica, permitiendo respuestas rápidas y efectivas. Además, la implementación de sistemas de riego inteligentes basados en sensores optimiza el consumo de agua, aumenta la eficiencia hídrica y reduce el impacto ambiental. Donde se concluye que las tecnologías de precisión, como la agricultura de precisión, también pueden hacer un uso más eficiente de insumos como fertilizantes y pesticidas químicos, reduciendo costos y riesgos ambientales.
