Crynodeb:In recent years, the question of the birth route in pregnancies of women with a history of caesarean section has been a matter of controversy. This debate has mainly been directed towards the relative safety of abdominal birth with respect to the vaginal route in the presence of a uterine scar. In this way, this research will develop a descriptive, observational and comparative study, with the aim of demonstrating what are the advantages and disadvantages between post-cesarean vaginal delivery and iterative cesarean section. According to the study carried out, we worked with 118 women with a history of a previous caesarean section, of which 62 were PVPC and 56 of iterative caesarean section, we compared both groups from different parameters, where we could realize that there is a great advantage of success in women who had their post-cesarean vaginal delivery, thus reducing the complications that arose in patients with iterative caesarean section.
