The present case study titled “Commercial marketing of the Montoya warehouse in the Vinces canton during the period 2023” dedicated to the purchase and retail sale of household items, the purpose is to analyze marketing strategies, customer satisfaction and sales techniques, which will allow the determination of various factors that support the activity plan with the purpose of giving recommendations with the aim of improving sales in the warehouse. With the purpose of fulfilling to achieve the stated objectives, data collection techniques such as customer surveys and an interview with the manager were used to have a better overview of the situation. problems faced by the Montoya warehouse, to then make a better decision about commercial marketing.
