In the present case study, a study is reported on a 17-year-old patient with severe preeclampsia in whom the Blue key is activated due to high blood pressure at an older age, which gives a score of four, in addition to them. implements all the same as one of the nursing actions in order to treat the patient. Through the application of nursing care processes, the patient's improvement is achieved. In the present case study, each and every one of the nursing actions is implemented in which the administration of nursing actions has been allowed that has achieved that the patient presents improvements, which has greatly benefited her recovery. In addition to them, each and every one of the objectives set has been met, thus allowing their fulfillment to be achieved. Furthermore, it is important to indicate that the patient received each and every one of the nursing care that allowed her to complete her pregnancy and obtain a unique product in adequate conditions. It should be noted that in this study we can know which were the main symptoms that allowed the activation of the obstetric key and in turn implement nursing actions. Lastly, but not least, it should be mentioned that this case study based on an obstetric patient greatly benefited her recovery and great knowledge was obtained in the field of care.
