| Sažetak: | SUMMARY This research was conducted on the grounds of the farm "Five Brothers" owned by Mr. Victor Manuel Guerrero Saa, located in the parish Guare, Baba Canton, Province of Los Ríos, in order to evaluate the agronomic efficiency of macro and microeleemntos in banana cultivation; determine the proper fertilization program to maximize yield and fruit quality; and economically analyze the performance of the result based on the cost of the treatments. The treatments were constituted by different levels of fertilization, as follows: (T1) 350-40 - 120-35 - 1 – 1,5; (T2) 0 - 40 to 120 - 35-1 – 1,5; (T3) 350 houses - 0 - 120-35 - 1 – 1,5; (T4) 350-40 houses - 0 - 35-1 - 1,5; (T5) 350 - 40 to 120 houses - 0 - 1 – 1,5; (T6) 350-40 - 120-35 houses - 0 – 1,5; (T7) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,5 - 0; (T8) 64,4 - - 108-0 - 0 - 0 kg / ha of N, P2O5, K2O; S, Zn and B respectively. It should be noted that the (T8) is the fertilization program used on the farm. Experimental design "randomized complete block" in three replicates was used. Each block consisted of eight treatments, randomly distributed. The experimental plot consisted of three rows of 12,5 m in length, spaced 2,5 m, giving an area of 93,75 m2; while the useful area is determined by the middle row, giving an area of 31,25 m2. The variables were evaluated: perimeter of the pseudostem at weeks 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 18 and 23, number of leaves per plant at weeks 6, 7, 8, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15; height Acorn appearance; hands per bunch; fingers per hand; bunch weight; raquio weight; weight of hands; decrease; Cluster boxes and boxes per hectare. All variables were subjected to analysis of variance and statistical significance test of Tukey was used 95% chance for comparison of treatment means. Based on statistical analysis and interpretation of experimental results, it was concluded: 1. Treatment (T7) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,0 - 0 kg / h of N P2O5 K2O S Zn B won the highest number of hands and fingers per hand. 2. Treatment (T1) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,0 – 1,5 kg / ha of N P2O5 K2O S Zn B, achieved the highest bunch weight and hands with 71.38 and 62.42 pounds respectively. 3. The highest number of cases per cluster and boxes per hectare was achieved with treatment (T1) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,0 – 1,5 kg / h of N P2O5 K2O S Zn B with averages 1.39 and 2225,73 respectively. 4. Treatment (T1) compared to treatment (T2), recorded a difference of 609,98 cases per hectare, which represents the increase a 37,75%. 5. Most agronomic efficiency (EA) was obtained for zinc microelement boxes 147,59 applied per kilogram of zinc; while the lowest was 1.19 with potassium boxes. 6. Treatment that includes all the tested elements (T1) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,0 – 1,5 kg / ha of N P2O5 K2O S Zn B reached the highest marginal utility of $ 1,013.41 per hectare, compared to the control (T8). It is recommended: 1. Apply the nutrition program (T1) 350-40 - 120-35 – 1,0 – 1,5 kg / ha of N P2O5 K2O S Zn B to achieve high yields of fruit in banana cultivation in soil where he performed the test, and in turn higher marginal utility was obtained. 2.
