Análisis del proceso de renovación del parque automotor de la Fiscalía de Los Ríos

The state attorney general's office is a public institution that functions as a decentralized operating entity which operates in the acquisition of goods and services according to current legal regulations, of which it consists of an automobile fleet or better called an automobile fleet, which are those that transit in the city, mobilizing officials to carry out the examinations or deliver the respective files to different places in the province of Los Ríos. The purpose of the case study is to analyze the renewal of the vehicle fleet, where points such as verification of vehicle maintenance and control, compliance with useful life, and possible damages caused by not being repaired in advance will be exposed, which will be presented and the qualitative research methodology that represents the interview techniques respectively will be used, and in addition to presenting the possible solutions to the case study.
