Análisis de la valorización de los activos de la empresa Diócesis Litotal de la Iglesia Episcopal del Ecuador

This project seeks to determine the valuation of the assets of the company litoral diocese of the episcopal church of ecuador, for which a solid institutional financial support is proposed and an important investment plan is proposed to continue its growth and consolidate its strategic positioning. If this is greater than the book value, it is known as a valuation. For example, the company's land item identifies non-real values in the balance sheet, which can cause problems, due to not making the corresponding payments for each of the missions, for what must be done within the company, the personal elements that have to develop them, dividing these tasks into sections. Each section will carry out the series of administrative services that have been commissioned; that arise within the company departments, businesses, offices, and so on. In order to determine what techniques are going to be necessary for the administration of the company and establish the necessary relationships between them so that they can comply with their fines, the organization appears, whose goal is to provide any of the functions of the company or all of them with the elements necessary for this function to be carried out efficiently.
