Análisis de los niveles de ventas del salón de eventos D´ Flores del Cantón Babahoyo periodo del 2022 – 2023.

The present case study was developed based on the problems that could be seen in the D'Flores Events Hall located in the La Union Parish, city of Babahoyo, referring to the level of sales maintained by the aforementioned company. The methodology implemented was the inductive method in addition to certain techniques, such as the interview and a comparison matrix to obtain information necessary to understand the factors that intervened in sales, in which possible solutions can be found for the company to take. take into account and can improve the problems you have. Furthermore, the results of the methodology that was applied to the development of the project provided information that the income control that said commercial premises is having is not entirely efficient. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the aim is to identify the sales strategies that the owner of the event hall has and thus be able to provide an improvement through suggestions that have to do with efficient cash flow. Finally, it is recommended that The company carries out a more continuous review of its income and expenses and distributes them in an effective and efficient manner. To conclude, within the comparative table, it can be seen that the growth in sales in the first half of the year 2022 and 2023 and thus be able to make a respective analysis of why the event hall does not have income management control and why the problems and thus be able to suggest a possible solution to the owner to better manage their expenses.
