Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This case study is based on the nursing care process of an elderly patient with ventricular fibrillation, at the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital in the city of Guaranda. Since ventricular fibrillation is a pathology that endangers the life of the patient, the general objective of this project was to carry out the nursing care process to an adult over 80 years of age with ventricular fibrillation, admitted to the Alfredo Noboa hospital Montenegro. The nursing care process will be executed following an order, from its initial assessment and during its evolution, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge to develop a care plan based on the nursing diagnosis, which allows obtaining information from the patient about their stay within of the hospital. For the execution of the project, the specific objectives are to make the correct nursing diagnosis through the cephalocaudal assessment of the patient, to establish the initial care where hemodynamic deterioration and the risk of death will be taken into account, which are the nursing diagnoses to be treated. Actions will be applied to obtain detailed information during the patient's stay in the hospital in order to obtain an evolution with positive results, which favor the recovery of the patient. |
