Add Tag | Summary: | The development of this research case study called "Financial Control in the company Litorflex S.A.", is a company dedicated to the marketing of internet service, wholesale traders of computers, computer equipment, peripherals and software that help to improve the quality of life of all customers and other people, has focused purely on demonstrating the use of an application or financial tool that allows the financial control of the company, through a financial analysis, the design of financial strategies, the findings found through an analysis of financial indicators and analysis Dupont. For which has been analyzed and involved in a responsible manner, all departments that are part of the company against the decisions made and analyzed through the financial indicators applied in the company "Litorflex SA". With the main objective and purpose of this work is to contribute with the necessary tools of financial control, providing clear, precise and easy to develop and apply strategies within the company, contributing in itself, in the correct decision making, surely supported by the information collected. For this inquiry we applied the descriptive, historical and documentary methodology, which allowed us to have quantitative and qualitative data accessing the real data of the company Litorflex S.A., with which we could determine what have been the weaknesses that has the financial control, also used the sub line of research "Audit and Control" which was directly linked to this case study for the help of decision making within the organization. Finally, a characteristic Dupont analysis of the data found was performed, as well as an analysis of financial indicators and data from the interview results, which helped us to discover where the main risks or problems are, allowing us to use recovery strategies that help the financial control of the company and its proper administration. |
