“La Inseguridad Ciudadana Y Su Influencia En El Desarrollo Económico De La Ciudad De Babahoyo”

One of the serious problems of the company babahoyense it is that of the civil insecurity. The aim of the investigation is directed to analyze the inefficiency of the public policies of safety applied to solve the high criminal index in the urban Zone of Babahoyo's city, Province of The Rivers. Trying to describe the operative functioning of the State police and to check the efficiency of safety applied in the last years and on this information to formulate safety strategies that go in benefit of the economic development of the citizenship. An analytical - descriptive investigation developed with field design. Concluding that the operative police ones that are realized in Babahoyo are not such workforce in the reality. It is as well as the present investigation realized in the present period of 2014, arises before the problematics of Insecurity exceeded today. The Civil Security performs vital importance for the development of the Companies, being the responsible and responsible State of this one, is needed to study and to analyze the inefficiency of the public policies of safety applied to solve the problem of the high criminal index that exists in the Urban Zone of Babahoyo's city. The methodology used in general terms allowed to define the type of investigation, the design of the same one, the population and the sample. For the compilation of the information an instrument applied type to itself questionnaire with closed questions of agreement to the dimensions of the variable that is studied; also it answers to validation of content, construction of a card of observation to have an idea of the records caught by the " Eye of Eagle " placed in the most commercial zone of the canton, of the same one extracted conclusions of the frequencies of crimes. There was analyzed the information of percentage form and they presented the information across statistical tables, agreement to the dimensions and indicators that characterize the variables in study. In relation to these evidences, if it did necessarily to formulate strategies of safety, capable of solving the problematics and thus to be able to develop of the best way the police function, with what we conclude with our contribution across this work investigative for the obtaining of the title of magister in administration of companies.
