| Zusammenfassung: | Bananas occupy the fourth place among the crops that have greater relevance and importance globally, its marketing in the world occurs in more than 1000 varieties of bananas in the year 2023 in Ecuador the area of banana cultivation that was established was approximately 184,034 hectares, being Los Rios the leading province with a total of 42. Ecuador, being one of the leading countries in banana commercialization, must prioritize the management of banana cultivation in order to achieve a ratio that allows the country to maintain its position in this market, which is constantly competitive. During the last 5 years, banana exports have decreased by 1.8%, This research is justified in showing how various factors can affect the final ratio, this in order to establish practices that favor to maintain an adequate ratio economically viable and employment sources continue to grow steadily ratio within the parameters in banana production is the data that become more important at harvest time for the producer as this value determines the number of boxes that are obtained from each bunch harvested, average harvest per 10. 000 square meters (1 hectare), the economic importance of the ratio lies in the fact that this is an indicator that allows better management of banana production practices such as fertilization with nitrogen fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, planting density, planting density, and the age of the plantation have a direct influence on the final ratio of the banana crop. |
