Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un sistema de ingresos y pagos orientados al control de la producción de banano en la Empresa La Juanita del cantón Vinces

This research work is based on the feasibility study for the creation of an income and payment system oriented to the control of banana production in the Company "La Juanita" of Cantón Vinces. The objective of the research was to know the problems that affect the company, factors that affect staff performance as well as business productivity, since through the results obtained through the interview directed to the owner of the company, was able to obtain valuable information regarding the lack of knowledge that it is a computer system, said company is not at the forefront in the technological world, everything is done in a traditional way or manually, a factor that is of concern because this affects the performance of the personal and therefore affects the company. Through the data obtained through the survey carried out to the company's personnel, it was possible to show that 83% of the personnel are not trained to use a computer system and only 17% if, that is, a considerable percentage does not have the Knowledge necessary to use this tool, a topic of great interest that the owner of the company, as well as the director of the Human Talent Department, must take into account. 100% of the respondents stated that if they would be willing to be trained to make proper use of the software, which follows that if the company invests in the application of a computer system to improve business activities, it must train its staff, where They will not only acquire new knowledge but also improve their technological skills and the company is the one that will obtain countless benefits because its staff will be more efficient in activities, time is saved, the margin of error is reduced and the company increases its productivity which generates the profit of more profits.
