Özet:This research compendium prior to obtaining the title of Systems Engineer, studies the benefits of using the chatbot in the processes of attention to users of the Integral Academic System of the Technical University of Babahoyo. The research techniques used to collect the necessary data are: Same survey that was carried out in the facilities of the Technical University of Babahoyo, with the help of the guide sheet or ballot. According to the survey carried out on certain users of the Academic Information System of the Technical University of Babahoyo, they mentioned that they find it ideal to develop queries through a chatbot interface from their mobile devices, attributing that it would be a quick way to carry out their queries, compared to the current platform of the Integral Academic System of the Technical University of Babahoyo
