Once the case study was carried out, it was possible to verify that there are drawbacks in the analysis and financial control that it handles is inefficient, in addition to having presented decreases in sales for the 2020 period and considerably reducing its sales.El presente estudio de caso acerca del análisis y control financiero del comercial Loayza con registro del SRI 1204468217001 que se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Ventanas en la dirección; calle 10 de agosto y calle Sucre, el cual tiene como objetivo general analizar y controlar el estado financiero, debemos entender que el análisis y control financiero que se encuentra con dirección determinada a una evaluación de medio con el funcionamiento para poder lograr las condiciones y porcentaje de las finanzas del comercial. Esta institución comercial se ve obligada a tener una contabilidad y cumplir con los adeudos en la administración o imposibilitando que sea necesario de adquirir personal que se encuentren capacitado por el área administrativo así mismo de finanzas en el que se permite el análisis de este estudio de caso. Es importante indicar que el análisis es de gran categoría al intervalo de instituir si una compañía posee una comercialización de sus diligentes imparciales y de convenio a las insuficiencias financieras de la compañía.
