El perfil del visitante y los servicios turísticos en el cantón Babahoyo 2020

The development of this research work is focused on the Visitor Profile and Tourist Services in the Babahoyo canton, Los Ríos Province, it aims to determine the importance of raising the visitor profile and identify tourist services to contribute to economic development, social and tourist in the Canton Babahoyo Province of Los Ríos. To proceed with the gathering of information on the Visitor Profile and tourist services in the Babahoyo canton, this study was based on the qualitative and quantitative method, through exploratory, descriptive, documentary and social research, which are supported by convenience sampling techniques, online surveys and observation, proceeding to the subsequent tabulation of the data obtained, it was possible to establish pertinent conclusions and recommendations, which indicate that the Babahoyo Canton receives different types of visitors, most of them are student occupation visitors, and therefore their reasons for visiting are for research. or study, thus leaving Tourism in the background, in the case of tourist services, it should be noted that the most used are outside the tourist field, leaving the restaurant service as a second option, and showing a medium level of satisfaction in services provided, in this way the Canton is considered Babahoyo a place with little tourist influx, with a lack of visitors who arrive for tourism reasons, based on what was obtained through the investigation, a possible solution is proposed, which includes creating a tourist information blog to provide access facilities to the attractions that the Babahoyo Canton has.
