Taking into account that logistics is one of the most important areas within an organization because it is responsible for the product and customer satisfaction upon receiving its final delivery. The investigative tools used to obtain relevant information for the study was the interview with the legal representative of NOVAGRIC S.A. and also surveys directed at the company's clients with the aim of carrying out an analysis. The data collection showed a low level in the service and logistics of the company where they do not agree that the product takes time to be delivered, the logistics implemented by the company is not adequate, the products do not arrive in good condition, considering They have to apply new techniques to improve the service |
